Stoneware, rich tenmoku glaze thinning to iron over the edges, a curved combed design repeated around each face with a strong spiral front and back, impressed BL and Leach Pottery seals

PROVENANCE: Private Collection, New Zealand A comparable work is included in the Victoria and Albert Museum Collection.

CONDITION: Perfect condition with no damage or restoration
