Marijke Varrall-Jones is a consultant for contemporary ceramics to a number of the leading international auction houses. When possible, she is available for similar external consultancy work providing formal authentications and advice on the sale and purchase of contemporary ceramics as required, on a fee basis.

In addition to the maak london wish list, maak london offers additional sourcing services to clients on a fee basis whereby maak london will help to source desired works on the open market. This service is not limited to contemporary ceramics and can be available for other fields including craft, design or fine art.

Marijke Varrall-Jones is a Consultant Lecturer at Sotheby’s Institute of Art, contributing to the MA in Contemporary Design as well as a number of other post-graduate courses. Lecture themes range from the development of the Studio Pottery movement to assessments of the commercial market for contemporary ceramics.
